FAQ
Questions about Multiball Ninja
What is Multiball Ninja?
Multiball Ninja is a pinball lifestyle brand with three lines. Fun gear for the player, business casual for the professional, and league apparel and prizes for everyone who plays together.
Where does the name come from?
Founder Chad Smith used to yell it while playing pinball with his small children on a stool between his arms. Every time a multiball started, all three of them shouted “Multiball Ninja!” as loud as they could.
What is Pin Zen?
15 minutes of pinball as a reset for a busy mind. Step out: leave the current state of mind and walk to the machine. Zone in: for about 15 minutes the game gets full attention. Come back: return to your work refreshed. Pin Zen is also the name of our business-casual line.
What is Pin Pub?
Pin Pub plays together. League apparel, prizes, trophies and promo products for the whole pinball world: leagues, tournaments, parlors and pubs. Wear the Pin Pub logo as it is, or put your own in its place. Every product you see here in our brand is also a sample of yours. Shop the store now, or contact us for bulk orders with your logo.
Can I buy Multiball Ninja gear yet?
Yes, you can buy anything you find in our merch shop. Everything else on our site that is not shown in the merch shop is a design we are working on, and once available it will be added to our store.
Are the product photos real?
The products in the merch shop are real products shown with our logos, and you can see each product with different logos on it by clicking the “Browse Designs” tab to the right of any item. The rest of the product photos on our site (not in the merch shop) are concept mockups, made with design tools including AI. Real photos will replace them once available.
Can my league or pub get gear for tournament prizes?
Yes. That is what Pin Pub is for: prizes, trophies and league apparel, in our logo or yours. Email hello@multiballninja.com with your league, how many players and when your next event is.
Will Multiball Ninja be at Pinball Expo?
Chad Smith will be at Pinball Expo 2026 in Schaumburg, Illinois, on Friday and Saturday, October 16 and 17, in a white jacket with the black and red Multiball Ninja logo, handing out Multiball Ninja stickers. There is no booth. Look for five ninja in red circles.
